James W. Scarrow PLLC was established in 2012 and provides legal representation in connection with the development, finance, purchase and sale of infrastructure projects, with a focus on domestic solar energy transactions.  Its clients include developers, investors and solar energy service providers.

Having previously worked as in-house counsel (5 years) and also as a project finance attorney at a global law firm (10 years), Mr. Scarrow is attuned to the business necessity of driving transactions aggressively, yet efficiently, while always focused on project financeability.
